All products will be inspected upon return, so they should not be used or washed. Products must be returned in their original packaging. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them, so make sure they are packaged correctly and not damaged on the road.

We will not compensate for returned packages lost during return shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping and return shipping costs incurred during the return of the products.

If no error occurs by us, only the cost of the goods will be refunded. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible. We will not refund shipping, additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that you may have received.

Since most of our products are fragile, we ship all orders with insurance and take full responsibility in case of damage. We carefully pack the box to ensure the product is in perfect condition. When you receive the product, turn on the product next to the cargo person and check for any damage.

If the shipping agent does not wish to open the box without delivering the product, open the product within 2 hour at the latest and contact the shipping company on the same day in case of any damage. Report the damaged product to the cargo company.
